Jo\u00e3o Gomes, relata que come\u00e7ou a andar por Limeira h\u00e1 50 anos e a barriguda j\u00e1 era uma \u00e1rvore de grande porte. Fidelcino Maia, 70 anos, diz que &#8220;era menino e j\u00e1 tinha aquele mund\u00e3o de \u00e1rvore, tenho certeza que tem bem mais de 100 anos&#8221;.
