O corpo dele foi achado junto da m\u00e3e, Marlise Riegel, de 81 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dois estavam ao lado da porta de sa\u00edda da casa dela, que fica na rua Paula Steffen, bairro Paulista. Ele morava no mesmo terreno que a m\u00e3e e tentou salv\u00e1-la de um&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tnonline.uol.com.br\/tags\/incendio?d=1\">inc\u00eandio<\/a>&nbsp;que estava acontecendo no local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riegel foi secret\u00e1rio Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico durante o primeiro mandato de Faisal Karan. Al\u00e9m disso, ele foi vice-prefeito na segunda gest\u00e3o de Faisal e assessorou o ex-deputado estadual Jo\u00e3o Fischer na Assembleia Legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atualmente, ele era diretor-geral da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de Campo Bom.
